Crafted from 1.5mm thick copper, the STC | CIP series brings the same exceptional craftsmanship as STC | Pro® line into a streamlined, non-hammered oxidized finish. The STC | CIP 2 is purpose-built for brewing a single cup of specialty Turkish coffee, offering an accessible entry point into our signature quality.

The thick copper build distributes heat evenly, giving you precise temperature control and a smooth, well-balanced brew every time. Its oxidized, non-hammered surface adds a rich, time-worn character that sets it apart from a standard polished pot.

Every STC | CIP cezve is handmade using centuries-old copperworking techniques passed down through generations of Turkish artisans—from shaping the copper to finishing each detail. The result is a pot built to last, carrying a genuine connection to Turkish coffee tradition.

STC | CIP 2 is designed for a two two cups with a full capacity of 240 ml (8 oz). 

Type of Inner Plating: Tin Plated

Before using your STC I CIP Turkish Coffee Cezve / Ibrik / Pot for the first time:

• Wash with warm soapy water and dry before making a coffee that will be thrown away then rewash the pot and you are ready to begin brewing Turkish Coffee.

General Rules for care and use of your STC I CIP Turkish Coffee Cezve / Ibrik / Pot:

• Wash with warm soapy water and dry after each use taking special care to be sure no grounds stay in the pot.
• With normal use the outer surfaces may become tarnished, use a metal polish to restore the copper to its original luster.
• Under no circumstances should you use polish or any acidic material (lemon juice, vinegar, etc) on the interior plating of your pot. Doing so will nullify the plating warranty.
