VAROSH Coffee Roasters is the dream of two brothers who grew up surrounded by the rich coffee culture. Our journey began in our childhood home in Eastern Europe, where coffee was a constant companion that connected us to home and the community.

Together we share a mission: We roast specialty coffee beans as unique as every person we serve, connecting people, fueling purpose, and creating opportunities to serve others in our communities and beyond.

VAROSH: Behind the Name

In our hometown, VAROSH meant more than just "small city" - it was the heartbeat of our lives. In our unique Eastern European dialect, saying “we’re going to VAROSH” meant heading into town to share stories, laughter, and coffee with those we love. For us, coffee has always been about connection through the warmth of a cup, the comfort of family and friends, and building lasting memories. It’s this spirit that inspired two brothers to turn a lifelong ritual into a craft. Every cup of coffee we roast is a nod to where we come from.
