Fantastic experience with Slavic and the rest of the team. My 2018 Rocket Appartamento had several failing parts (including the control board) and was long overdue for additional maintenance.

Slavic was able to source all parts directly from Rocket and obtain the necessary schematics to update the wiring so the machine met Rocket’s current specifications.

Everything was completed in a timely manner at a fair price. Slavic was very easy to reach by phone whenever I had questions, and I appreciated being able to drop off and pick up the machine myself (avoiding additional pickup fees). He and his team clearly love coffee, and it was genuinely enjoyable discussing it with them.

Hopefully I won’t have any more unexpected issues with my machine, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it back to Varosh. Thanks guys!
